The 26-year-old shocked fans when she unveiled her very slimmed down frame on Friday.  

Australia's most famous influencer showed off her super flat stomach in a floral bikini as she posed by the pool at her Gold Coast home.
It appears the mother-of-two has been working out hard while self-isolating in the Queensland mansion with her two children - Wolf, five, and Saskia, four.

There was not an inch to pinch around the blonde bombshell's midsection, and her ribs were protruding in even more pictures she posted of herself reclining by the water. 

While many Aussies have gained weight during lockdown, Tammy has been sharing several videos of herself working out.

She recently told her fans that the secret to keeping motivated working out is to have a 'routine.'

'It's hard for some people to stay motivated working out at home, (I'm people lol) but it's all about creating a routine,' Tammy said.
